For two months every winter in the grounds of the National Waterfront Museum Swansea, are transformed into Waterfront Winterland where people of all ages can enjoy ice skating on the main rink with a smaller rink for younger children, a family funfair and of course... Santa's Grotto.

Waterfront Winterland sell the majority of their tickets online using TicketSource, and are currently showing a year-on-year increase in the proportion of online sales to total sales. The remaining tickets are sold from various Swansea council approved sellers throughout the city, all coordinated using the TicketSource online sales management system in conjunction with our thermal ticket printing solution - 'TicketSource Venue'. Waterfront Winterland have fully customised their banner graphics such that there is no discernible change in look or feel as customers click through from their website to their sales screens on the TicketSource website.

TicketSource is easy to use for our box office staff and customers alike... as a result, online ticket sales have increased for events such as the ice-skating at Waterfront Winterland. A great service!
