Currently celebrating their 50^th anniversary, Great Hall Players started life as a private theatre club, founded by Donald Pyle in 1961, taking its name from their venue at the Assembly Rooms in Norwich. Since then, the club has evolved into the Great Hall Theatre Company, now producing six theatre-in-the-round productions per annum.

Still in their first year of using TicketSource, Great Hall Theatre are already selling a third of their tickets direct to the public online. In addition, the Great Hall Theatre box office uses our sales management system to co-ordinate sales of the remaining tickets via traditional telephone and personal call-in methods.

We are only a small-scale user (up until last year relying solely on agency ticket sales for personal and telephone bookings, no online) but have found TicketSource very straightforward to set up and use for our online sales - a brand new venture! Customer feedback is very positive and admin is delightfully easy, it is always great to see how many of our audiences are "silver surfers" and arrive clutching their e-tickets!
