Standard Thermal Printer

The Citizen CL series printer with pre-installed ticket cutter is capable of handling thermal stock up to 82mm wide and is available from Newbury Data with prices starting from Ł288.00 + VAT.

Do I need an internet connection when using TicketSource Venue to print tickets?

Yes. TicketSource Venue communicates directly with the TicketSource web site to retrieve ticket details.

Is TicketSource Venue available for other platforms, including Apple Macs?

No. There are no plans to release TicketSource Venue on other platforms at present.
