No barcode scanner? No problem!
We can supply you with a compatible barcode scanner to use with TicketSource Express for Windows and TicketSource Express for Web that you simply plug in to your Windows or Mac desktop or laptop computer. Barcode scanners are available for £29.95 each (plus delivery) via the link below. Alternatively, you can enter the six digit booking confirmation number directly via your keyboard.
TicketSource Express for iPhone, iPod touch and Android requires no barcode scanner at all. You simply use your device's camera to scan and validate tickets.

The intelligent software ensures that booking confirmations can't be scanned more than once, preventing unauthorised
entry to your event. Unrecognised booking confirmations are also visibly and audibly rejected. The software provides you with at-a-glance status updates on total, admitted and remaining tickets.

What do I need to get started with TicketSource Express? |
|
|
You'll need to have an existing TicketSource Toolkit account before using TicketSource Express.
TicketSource Express for Windows (offline version) requires a desktop or laptop computer running Microsoft Windows XP, Windows 2003, Windows Vista, or Windows 7. An internet connection is required to import the list of bookings into TicketSource Express for Windows prior to the event but an internet connection is not required at the venue.
TicketSource Express for Web, iPhone/iPod touch and Android requires an available internet connection at the venue to validate ticket scans.

How much does a barcode scanner cost? |

A compatible barcode scanner can be purchased from TicketSource for £29.95 each plus a one-off delivery charge of £2.50.

Do I need an internet connection at the venue when using TicketSource Express? |
|
|
TicketSource Express for Windows (offline version) doesn't require an internet connection at the venue and operates as a standalone solution. Simply import the list of bookings in to TicketSource Express for Windows prior to the event i.e. before you leave from home or the office.
TicketSource Express for Web and iPod touch does require an available internet connection at the venue.
TicketSource Express for iPhone and Android requires an available internet connection or 3G coverage at the venue.
