It's straightforward to create an on-screen plan for any type of venue, any shape and any size with our easy-to-use seating plan designer.
For general admission to venues with unallocated seating or standing room, just enter the quantity of tickets available to buy.
When customers book online we email them an ‘e-ticket’. The customer prints this on A4 paper and brings it with them to the event.
You choose whether to treat that printout as a ticket in its own right or just as a receipt to exchange on arrival for your preferred ticket type.
There is no additional charge for customers who opt to print their e-ticket.
Our Tickets-by-Text delivery option is popular with event organisers and customers alike. There is no charge to the event organiser to send tickets by text and a fee of only 50p to customers choosing this option.
Tickets-by-text include the unique booking reference and barcode for you to validate on the door against your Front of House sheet or scan using our barcode scanning solution: TicketSource Express.
Our Standard Post option is ideal for customers who don't have readily available access to a printer or mobile phone, or would simply like to present the tickets as a gift to someone else.
Customers choosing to receive their tickets by Standard Post pay an additional £1.50 to have their tickets produced and dispatched to them directly from TicketSource.
Customers who prefer a more personal approach to buying their tickets are able to make use of our professionally manned telephone box office.
The TicketSource telephone box office service operates between Monday and Friday from 9.00AM til 7.00PM (excluding bank holidays) and Saturday from 9.00AM til 5.00PM. A call back service operates outside of these hours.
Customers choosing to book their tickets using our telephone box office solution pay an additional £1.50 to have their tickets booked via one of our friendly telephone operators and dispatched to them directly from TicketSource.

At the end of the booking period for each event, our system produces an automated Front of House sheet that your door staff can use to check ticket validity.
Alternatively, if you deal with large audiences, you can use our free ticket barcode scanning facility, TicketSource Express to validate tickets. It works using a USB barcode scanner attached to your laptop, or our scanner app for iPhone, iPod or Android.
Our box office administration system is web-based and entirely self-service so you can keep control of your event listings and ticket allocations.
It lets you change the look of your box office pages, produce sales reports, and even export your customer database at any time of the day or night.
TicketSource also allows you to record in-house phone bookings, cash, cheque and comp sales, automatically integrating them with your online sales into one comprehensive sales report.
