Effective Telephone Counselling Course Sat 1st October

This one day training session is being led by Kate Trench (MBACP Accred) and Helen Logan (MBACP Accred). This course offers an introduction to working with clients on the telephone. 

The workshop includes content on:

  • Understanding the opportunities and advantages of telephone counselling
  • Developing rapport over the telephone
  • Case studies for crisis and ongoing telephone work
  • Ethical issues when working by phone
  • Contracting and boundaries with telephone clients
