1. Atlantic Cod Loin - battered cod, hand cut chips with homemade tartare sauce and minty mushy peas
2. Braised Beef Steak - tender beef served with creamy mash, rich gravy and seasonal vegetables
3. Caerphilly Chicken - naked chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto with crushed new potatoes and vegetables with Caerphilly cheese and leek sauce
4. Ham Hock - pulled and rolled ham hock served with pineapple, chutney, hand cut chips and free range egg
5. Black Bean Chilli (v) - a rich vegetarian chilli served with basmati rice and a tortilla basket.
