Oyster Masterclass

Rosemary Williams, shellfish expert and writer of ‘Prep that Fish’ will be teaching us all about the famous aphrodisiac.

Working with a variety of three different types of oyster, showing us how to select, prep and shuck, then cook for our lunch. Lunch will be served with our (local vineyard) Squerryes sparkling wine – the perfect way to spend the day with foodie friends and other cooks.
