Dear All,

Do not miss our next concert, Wagner in the Salon, on Tuesday April 8th at 49 QGT. We are honoured to have one of our great Australian pianists Leslie Howard with his prodigy, and former Tait Awardee, Coady Green playing the Quadrilles that the French composers wrote as a response to the Rage of Wagner which was flooding Paris. Faure, Messager and Chabrier wrote piano duets known as The Bayreuth Quadrilles. They are such fun and Leslie and Coady will play these wonderful pieces together written by French composers in the style of Wagner.

We are thrilled that Greta Bradman, who recently sang so beautifully at St James's Palace for the Britain-Australia Society, will sing the Wesendonck Lieder and Debussy's, Chansons de Bilitis.

The evening will be introduced by my good friend and Tait supporter, Ross Alley.

As ever we are terribly grateful for the generosity of Sir Vernon and Lady Ellis in letting us give this concert in their home...which has become one of London's premier chamber concert venues.

See you there I hope.
