Come and learn how to craft your own gin using foraged ingredients from Cornwall
Matt Vernon an expert foraging instructor and wild chef from Cornish Wild Food will be leading this masterclass. During the lesson he will teach you all about the wild ingredients he will supply to go into creating your own unique gin! Discover some really unusual flavours and forgotten ingredients. Learn how to identify them, the habitats they can be found, and tips on bringing them into your kitchen at home. He will then help you select various wild components to infuse into your gin. We will then finish up with a wild G&T. Booking is essential due to limited spaces. Over 18's Only.
