From Bishop's Castle, take the northbound A49 to Church Stretton and at the traffic lights, turn right onto the B4371. After 3/4 mile, park in the lay-by on the left at the top of the hill.
This walk covers some of the ridges and hills east of Church Stretto. It is full of views and vistas of the Sth Shropshire hills. We will see the famous Bluebell woods of Helmeth and where Romans quarried the stone to build Wroxeter. This walk is long but not difficult and wold suit most regular walkers used to some hills.
Please bring food and drink for a coffee and lunch stop.
