A River Runs Through It 2019

Gallery@Oxo, London, SE1 9PH
Wed 4th September 2019

See the Oxo Tower made out of Oxo cubes, light installations mimicking the flow of the Thames; delicate paper sculptures; wafer-thin aluminium art; breathtaking abstract landscapes, spectacular screenprints, and even bottled London smells!

Five of London’s most exciting artists promise a truly unique and unusual collection of modern art inspired by the vibrant personality & ever-changing landscape of the world’s most dynamic city.

Meet some real London heroes on our launch night including Pearly Kings & Queens, Chelsea Pensioners, a London Beefeater and members of London’s emergency services. Win some exclusive ‘London’ treats. Bag one of our exclusive Totely Thames charity tote bags, celebrating our partnership with the Thames Festival. And, help save the lives of Londoners with our charity partner: London’s Air Ambulance, the capital’s only Helicopter Emergency Medical Service. We’ll donate all the money we raise to their inspirational life-saving crews.

After the huge success of last year's exhibition, attended by more than 4,500 art lovers and collectors, the artists from South London’s Urban Soup art collective can’t wait to return to the South Bank. The group live within 10 miles of each other, yet they see their surroundings in incredibly different ways. They look forward to showing you how, at gallery@oxo in September.
