A talk by Asha Iqbal (founder of Generation Reform)
Asha will talk about the importance of starting conversations about mental health and wellbeing across ethnic communities. Asha will discuss her personal mental health journey, what led her to set up the Generation Reform organisation and the recognition she has received nationally for the work she does.

There will be an opportunity to share thoughts and ideas about the issue around mental health.
