Adstone, Golden Valley and Pole Bank Walk

We car share from the Auction Yard car park and start the walk from The Bridges pub car park (GR 393 965). This delightful 10 mile walk takes in part of the Shropshire Way along the Darnford Brook (Golden Valley), visiting the grave of the last known Sin-Eater in Shropshire, at Ratlinghope Church on the way.   Turning south, the walk takes you onto moorland of the Long Mynd, where we join the Jack Mytton Way, calling at Pole Bank and then descending to Adstone, via Medlicott before re-joining the Shropshire Way, back to The Bridges pub car park.  Please bring a packed lunch and drinks.
