Are you a family carer in Suffolk?
Find out how carer experiences are helping health and social care in Suffolk decide what happens next - come and help shape carers services in Suffolk.
For these events a carer is described as:
anyone who cares, unpaid, for a friend or family member who due to illness, disability, a mental health problem or an addiction cannot cope without their support. The person cared for will be aged 18, or over.
These are complementary to work underway with young carers and parent carer of under 18 year-olds.
The session runs for 1 hour 30 minutes starting with a presentation and then an opportunity to discuss what you have heard with other carers. While the event is for carers about caring, if you are a professional supporting carers you are very welcome to attend too.
