Double Bill: Street by Susan Monkton & Izzy's Manifestos by Kevin Jones

Tue 23rd October 2018 - Fri 26th October 2018
AJ's Coffee House, Cardiff, CF24 3DL

We are proud to present an evening of new writing by Susan Monkton and Kevin Jones.

Street - By Susan Monkton

Laura is Cardiff born and bred and she is hanging out of her arse. Then everything changes. City Road is a war zone and she is stuck in the middle. But she's okay because she's gobby and tough and "the one who's always partying". People like her don't break.

Street is a piece built on a scratch performance that was performed at the Cardiff Fringe Theatre Festival and has since been further developed. This will be it’s first showing since it’s further development and is still a work in progress. We will be taking feedback from these performances to help further develop the piece.

Street contains adult themes and graphic language.

Izzy's Manifestos - By Kevin Jones

Izzy lives by very strict guidelines or as she calls them, manifestos. This is her journey through art-college, friendships, grief and self-discovery. Izzy wants to be everything. She has to be.

The Cardiff premiere of a one Woman Play from the writer of 'Shed Man' and 'Cardiff Boy'.

Directed by Luke Hereford
