Roughcast Theatre Company presents Hobsonís Choice by Harold Brighouse

So successful is his business that Henry Horatio Hobson is content to drink away his days at the pub with his cronies.

However, his world is threatened when Maggie, his oldest daughter, tired of shouldering home and business responsibilities for her thankless father, hatches a plan to marry Hobsonís master bootmaker, Will Mossop, and set up a rival shop.
Brighouse's comedy, written in 1915, is as fresh and engaging now as the day it was first performed.
