Pietà: baroque music for female voices at Easter with Gloriana "Women in Harmony"

A wonderful programme of sumptuous baroque music written for female voices and instruments for use at Lent including from Bach's cantata 'Tilge, Höchster, meine Sünden' BWV 1083, and Christ Lag,  Zelenka 'Gesu al Calvario', Hasse 'Miserere Mei', Charpentier 'Stabat Nate' and 'Regina Coeli', Telemann Brockes Passion, Handel 'Il Nume Vincitor', Vivaldi 'Sonata al Santa Sepulchro'
This is a joint concert by Linden Baroque and Gloriana in aid of Pancreatic Cancer Research Fund
It will be directed by Deborah Miles-Johnson and Susan Carpenter-Jacobs
