Paul Bell - First Light Tour (IOW)

Fri 15th March 2019
Church on the Roundaboout, Isle of Wight, PO302BX
In aid of Isle of Wight foodbank.

Paul is a seasoned live performer connecting with audiences across the UK and beyond. His concerts are a mixture of laughter, beautiful acoustic music and thoughtful reflections on the stories we share. Over ten years, Paul has produced and released five independent albums and an EP, bringing his unique lyrical approach to bear on subjects as diverse as marriage, being four, and, somewhat infamously, biscuits.

“Paul Bell is a stunning talent. He brings laugh out loud humour, brilliant song writing and performance. I can't recommend him highly enough.” Jeff Lucas, Author Speaker Broadcaster.

"I like that, I like that very much" (Claire Balding, BBC Radio 2)

Grief and gratitude, brokenness and beauty, sadness and smiles. These are some of the contrasts which form the backdrop to “First Light”, the fifth studio album from Paul Bell. A mature and emotionally resonant collection of songs reflecting the journey of the past few years, “First Light” was recorded in stunning studios across Stockholm and London. Paul will be playing songs from the new album as well as some of his best-loved earlier material.

Paul will be supported by our very own Rick Scott, playing an early doors set, from just after doors open, so get here early to get the most from your ticket!
