Getting ahead for Easter with some great advise on entertaining and Spring recipes from Julie Friend. Join us for spring canapés, how to create the perfect pie with a hot water crust! Sitting round the table enjoying all these delicious dishes served with braised baby gem, peas and pancetta - a feast.

Learn a really beautiful simple yet sophisticated dessert of lemon posset and shortbread.There will also be the winning Masterchef chocolate and almond cake to sample, of course!

All food and equipment provided, just bring your own drinks.
