Waterloo Festival - Penny Lecture: Transforming Ourselves (How to be Superhuman) Dr Andrew Morley

The 21st century offers us unprecedented opportunities to transform ourselves physically.
Changing how our bodies work—our physiology—is rather more difficult.
Anaesthetist Dr Morley will describe how individuals have sought to enhance themselves in the past. Drawing on his clinical work, and his research at St Thomas’ Hospital, he will also discuss our future possibilities as ‘superhumans’.
