Yoga has a huge number of benefits for health and well-being. Enjoy the peace and tranquillity of a yoga class, develop your flexibility, learn breathing and relaxation techniques as well as meditation to help relax the body and mind.
Each 12 week introductory course takes place in the Oak Room on Monday mornings. The courses are open to all regardless of age or physical abilities. If you struggle to get on to the floor and up again, you can still do yoga using a chair.
