Fri 2nd August 2019
Back by popular demand, Maria Glot is returning to the Courthouse to continue with part two of her talk about Saltaire World Heritage site. Focusing on the time after Titus Salt’s Death, Titus Junior, James Roberts, Ernest Gates, A R Remington Hollins, Illingworth Morris, her collection of fascinating facts and anecdotes bring Saltaire history to life.
If you’re not familiar with Maria, she is a long-time resident of Saltaire village, and is part of a team that presents guided walks around Saltaire village in character as original inhabitants. Providing an interactive experience that won’t be forgotten.
Don’t worry if you missed the first part of Maria’s talk. You can still come along and learn about this later period of Saltaire’s history. Her guided walks, talks and after dinner speeches are legendary and refreshingly different.
