Bodleian Libraries. Old School Tour: 60 Minutes

The Bodleian Libraries have arranged special evening openings exclusively for festival guests to see inside the oldest part of the Library during the Festival week. This 60-minute tour takes you to the ancient and atmospheric Duke Humfrey’s Library, the oldest reading room in the Bodleian, the Divinity School, a masterpiece of late-gothic architecture with a magnificent stone-carved ceiling, and the Convocation House, richly embellished with wood panelling where the university supreme governing body used to meet.
