The Prospect Theatre Company Presents The House Of Bernada Alba. Originally set in 1930's Spain, it centers on the events of a house in Andalusia during a period of mourning, in which Bernarda Alba wields total control over her five daughters. The students have worked to adapt the performance into a more modern interpretation, looking at the ideas of a dystopian future and feminism, and how women often feel trapped by their own societal prejudice.
Students and Staff tickets are free but you must present your College ID and Lanyard when collecting the tickets on the door. To book these tickets, please speak to Lorraine Lewis in College services, or Rachel Potter in the Performing Arts Department.
