T'ai Chi Chih - Mindful movement and moving meditation

Experience T'ai Chi Chih with a local expert.  Created by Justin Stone in 1974 it combines elements of T'ai Chi and Qigong using gentle graceful movements from a standing position which helps to balance the flow of energy or 'chi' through the body.  This taster event on the beach at low tide will teach a few simple movements.  No special equipment or clothing is required.  Participants move within their own capabilities.
