“Inspirational” – Jimmy Cliff

As seen headlining the Main Stage at Eden Festival 2018...
Cut Capers is an nine-piece band that formed in Bristol in late 2011, with a style based in hip-hop, swing, ska and roots reggae. With their high energy shows, combining tight grooves and a big sound featuring UK and Spanish MCs, soulful female vocals and a dynamic 4-piece brass section, Cut Capers bring the party to crowds all over, looking to jump up and down in a frenzy to a fresh new sound, which channels elements of all the great ska, swing and hip-hop.

Over the years they have established themselves as go-to festival favourites, playing headline shows and main stage performances at some of the UK’s biggest festivals including Glastonbury and Boomtown Fair.
They have now performed in over 50 cities across 8 countries including Italy, Turkey and Bahrain.
To launch their new album METROPOLIS; Bristol’s own Cut Capers embark upon their first ever UK album tour playing some of the UK's finest venues!

With their soulful and seamless live explosion of big swing energy and dirty hip-hop grooves, Cut Capers are performing in Ulverston for the first time. Do not miss their debut!
