Ruth Springer is Lead Practitioner for Coaching and Development and the Bridge Academy, Hackney. She has 17 years’ experience as a history teacher and is a licensed trainer with the Institute of Educational Coaching. She also works as a leadership trainer with Jill McMillan Associates working in a range of educational public and charity settings.
