The Small Space Cinema Presents 'Quadrophenia' Cert. 15 Classic 1979 Film
The Small Space Cinema is the UK's smallest commercial cinema and it features just 18 seats.
The doors open at 7pm and you can choose your seats as you arrive before coming upstairs to the bar. Please do not be offended if you are asked to shuffle about a bit to accommodate different groups of people.
Although we sell very reasonably priced cinema-style snacks in the bar (chocolate, popcorn etc) we are happy if you'd like to bring you own snacks, just please don't bring your own drink !
Every film starts at 7.30pm sharp and (just like back in the day) there is an interval half-way through each film to allow patrons to use the facilities and visit the bar.
No under 15 year olds are permitted at the cinema and clearly no under 18 year olds if the film showing is an 18 Certificate. If you are in any doubt on this point please email email@example.com before purchasing tickets.
Access: due to the Victorian nature of this venue, the unisex toilet is situated off the upstairs bar, therefore people with any mobility issues should email firstname.lastname@example.org before booking tickets to see if they foresee any problem with this.
The fully licensed bar will reman open after the film has been screened and patrons are encouraged to stay on and engage in conversation with any other film-enthusiasts that might be there.
It is very much hoped that The Small Space Cinema can become a unique place where film-lovers and would-be film-lovers can see the classics of cinema in a friendly, unique and unpretentious environment.
