Information Evening: Anxiety & Stress

Anxiety is one of the most common types of mental illnesses and most people will experience a form of anxiety at some time in their lives.  The point where it effects daily functioning is the point where most people need to seek external support for anxiety. 

Our Workshop on Anxiety and Stress will look at: 

  • A brief outline of what anxiety is 

  • Signs of anxiety in young people and the origins of this anxiety 

  • Techniques to help manage anxiety 

  • What parents can do to support their children
